Just what we need before heading out!

Last night Cheryk and James took the kids for the night so that we could pack up the truck and get ready to head out. Well I got a phone call from cheryk saying that nathan was complaining that his ear hurt and that she was giving him motrin for pain, but he isnt crabby and doesnt want to come home. I told cheryk its up to her and that I trust her judgement, so she said they want to keep the kids as planned. This morning I got a phone call from cheryk saying nathan's ear is now draining fluid but he is doing good. When they brought my babies home I took nathan up to urgent care because I wanted him to get checked out before heading out in the morning. The doctor had said that he had an ear infection and the worse is over now because the pressure had popped, just to give him antibodiacs and if needed motrin.

We are coming home

Well we are moving back home and I am so excited, I just hope that we are making the right decision and we arent doing this because I really want to be back home. But I keep looking at all the signs and I truely believe that god is having us go back home. This was a fun and great experience for us as individuals but also as a family and I would never wish to turn the clocks back and do things over again. Moving out to arizona was the best thing on us, we mate some wonderful people that became our family, are marriage grew stronger and our family grew stronger as a whole. If plans go right we will be leaving for michigan on the 13th of december and hopefully get there in time for christmas.

Nathan lost his Job

Today nathan was told as of November 19th he will no longer have a job with pulte homes, and there is no chance that there will be a call back this time around, and you know I have a good feeling about this layoff, the other two I was sooo upset(even though it worked out) but this time I am at ease. Maybe its because he also got a phone call from a friend in Michigan saying that his company is hiring and they want to interview nathan. We shall see.

Nathan's 1st day of Kindergarden

Today was nathan's first day of Kindergarden and man let me tell you he was tired beforehand and afterwards. He doesnt like his teacher, but that is not her fault its mine and Am's. Because we werent here to meet the teacher, I didnt know that he was to bring a water bottle to drink throughout the day and also to bring a snack. My friend amber forgot to tell me that info, so he wasnt happy today and didnt like his teacher but understands now and will hopefully like her tomorrow. I did okay a little teary eye, but okay.
I kept myself busy with going out to breakfest with Am and then going supply shopping for Nathan and I for school, then to my school to pick up my books, then come home and dusted and vaccummed the house.

Back home to Arizona

Today we flew home and because I was in michigan for so long it felt like I was leaving my family all over again for the first time. It was hard and it made it especially harder because Xavier kept asking over and over why cant we just live here so that I can see my aunts, uncles, cousins, and grandparents all the time. He kept saying how he hates arizona because he doesnt see anyone and he wants daddy to be able to find a job in michigan so we can move back home. So I finally told him that he needs to pray to God and if God thinks its our time to go back home to michigan then something will come along but until its time we have to just pray and let god handle it.
This flight was much better than the flight going to Michigan, everything went smoothly and no problems.

Camping in Cheboygan Michigan

August 4th to August 8th, we went camping up in cheboygan michigan at Brit's family's up north home. It was very very nice and the first time that nate and I actually enjoyed being in michigan together. You see usually after Nate arrives in michigan we are just running around the whole time seeing people and visiting people but this time we did what we wanted to do and that was to go to michigan and have a family vacation of being up north camping and having fun, so that is what we did.
The kids really liked being up there. We did a lot of four wheeling, riding the lawn mower, went to a place called the mystery spot, went to mackinaw city and did site seeing, tried to do a little swimming under the Mackinaw bridge.
Our last night there nathan and jeffrey were making hamburgars over the fire when jeffrey dumped all of them in the fire, so Brit, Nikki, and I had to go to town to get more.
I dont remember having this much fun with my family in a long time and it was well needed for all of us.

Izabella's 2nd Bday in Michigan

Big Nathan arrived in Michigan on the 29th and we went to have some walley one night with my family and the other nights before Izabella's 2 bday party we hung out with family and friends.
Today, August 1, 2010 we celebrated Izabella's 2 bday with close family and friends. It turned out really really nice and people actually listened this time and didnt get anything to big that couldnt be flown back to Arizona.
Her Bday cake was made by Nancy(jill's mom) and it was really good and pretty.
