Nathan's 1st day of Kindergarden

Today was nathan's first day of Kindergarden and man let me tell you he was tired beforehand and afterwards. He doesnt like his teacher, but that is not her fault its mine and Am's. Because we werent here to meet the teacher, I didnt know that he was to bring a water bottle to drink throughout the day and also to bring a snack. My friend amber forgot to tell me that info, so he wasnt happy today and didnt like his teacher but understands now and will hopefully like her tomorrow. I did okay a little teary eye, but okay.
I kept myself busy with going out to breakfest with Am and then going supply shopping for Nathan and I for school, then to my school to pick up my books, then come home and dusted and vaccummed the house.

Back home to Arizona

Today we flew home and because I was in michigan for so long it felt like I was leaving my family all over again for the first time. It was hard and it made it especially harder because Xavier kept asking over and over why cant we just live here so that I can see my aunts, uncles, cousins, and grandparents all the time. He kept saying how he hates arizona because he doesnt see anyone and he wants daddy to be able to find a job in michigan so we can move back home. So I finally told him that he needs to pray to God and if God thinks its our time to go back home to michigan then something will come along but until its time we have to just pray and let god handle it.
This flight was much better than the flight going to Michigan, everything went smoothly and no problems.

Camping in Cheboygan Michigan

August 4th to August 8th, we went camping up in cheboygan michigan at Brit's family's up north home. It was very very nice and the first time that nate and I actually enjoyed being in michigan together. You see usually after Nate arrives in michigan we are just running around the whole time seeing people and visiting people but this time we did what we wanted to do and that was to go to michigan and have a family vacation of being up north camping and having fun, so that is what we did.
The kids really liked being up there. We did a lot of four wheeling, riding the lawn mower, went to a place called the mystery spot, went to mackinaw city and did site seeing, tried to do a little swimming under the Mackinaw bridge.
Our last night there nathan and jeffrey were making hamburgars over the fire when jeffrey dumped all of them in the fire, so Brit, Nikki, and I had to go to town to get more.
I dont remember having this much fun with my family in a long time and it was well needed for all of us.

Izabella's 2nd Bday in Michigan

Big Nathan arrived in Michigan on the 29th and we went to have some walley one night with my family and the other nights before Izabella's 2 bday party we hung out with family and friends.
Today, August 1, 2010 we celebrated Izabella's 2 bday with close family and friends. It turned out really really nice and people actually listened this time and didnt get anything to big that couldnt be flown back to Arizona.
Her Bday cake was made by Nancy(jill's mom) and it was really good and pretty.

Port Austin

This weekend Carrie was nice enough to allow us to stay up at her summer home in Port Austin. It was so nice and beautiful. The kids got to play in Lake Huron in the waves and thought it was cool. Nathan thought it was cool to help build a fire to make dinner.
I wish Nathan were here to had enjoyed this camping trip.

Amy's wedding

Today was my friend amy's wedding and my two along with my niece Lilly were in the wedding. Just let me tell you this was an adventure for all of us. Nathan did good but the girls not so well. I believe the pictures amy has of them, they are crying and such and then when it was the whole bridal party picture time the girls were either not in it or they were but crying.
At the reception they were all good. Nathan and the other ring bearer were tearing up the dance floor. They reminded me how my brother and Robert use to be like at our church group functions. Nathan did not pass out until 1130pm on the dance floor that night and the girls went home with my aunt, which was nice cause my sister and I could enjoy the rest of the night without worrying about the girls.
When my sister, nathan, and I got home that night, nathan woke up as we were getting his PJ's on and it was funny for like the next two hours, all three of us got slap happy and could not stop laughing. Nathan and my sister were saying some of the funniest things.

Stoney Creek Fireworks

Today was a nice day and a nice evening. We started the day off by going to a BBQ at family friends' house. Seen alot of people I havent seen in awhile.
In the evening my family and I mate up with Nate's family for the fireworks at stoney creek along with friends of the families. We had a potluck for dinner and let me tell you there was a lot of food.
The girls werent sure of the fireworks and lilly and Izzy were both scared of them at first. Izabella jumped out of my arms into her uncle justin's arms and remained there for the remaineder of the time, except for the last 10 minutes or so she went to his girlfriend.
I wish big Nathan could be here with us to enjoy the fun with us.
