Izabella's first day of Preschool

Well mommy and Bells did alot better than what I thought we would. Which is good and bad. Apart of me wanted her to cry for me and she didnt. He teacher said she had a good day and did very well. But mommy also did well to and I dont know if it was because I have been through this with nathan already or if its because I know this is what she really needs and with nathan it wasnt that I felt he needed to go it was because he had to go because I had to work and then when I quit my job he had to go because he needed it.
She was so excited to see all the papers that she had to give me and excited that she will be getting her pictures done at school.
Again where does the time go, why cant it just slow down while our babies are little???

Nathan's first day of First grade

Today was Nathan's first day of first grade. I cant believe I just wrote "first grade", it is just amazing how one minute you are holding them in your arms and the next minute they arent depending on you as much anymore.
He said that he enjoyed his first day. He mate some new friends and seen some old friends. I just cant believe he is in first grade it makes me want to cry sad tears but also cry happy tears. Sad tears because my baby boy is growning up so quickly and there is nothing I can do to stop it, but happy tears because he becoming such a big boy.

Izabella's fall back

Well back in april I posted how izzy was doing good with potting. Well she had a fall back so we are starting up again. So far the last few days she has been doing well, I just hope it keeps up because she starts school on the 6th of September and starts dance classes on the 8th of september, which with both of them she has to be pottied trained.

My babies recovery

Well it has been a tough week but my babies are pretty much back to their normal self again. We are all so tired and exhausted. Izzy and nathan wasnt sleeping very well, which means know of us got any sleep. But I least now my babies hopefully wont get anymore ear infections and such. I have to thank Brittany, Jeffrey, my mom, and Ursula for all their help, they were awsome and we sure do appreciate it alot.

My babies had their surgery

Today both of my babies were troopers. They both had tubes put in their ears, adnodes and tonsils taken out. They both reacted to the anesthesia differently. When given the liquid meds before hand it didnt make Izzy goofy but just mellowed her out, nathan on the other had it made him goofy. Afterwards they had a hard time waking nathan up but with Izzy she was scared coming off of it. I wish I can take away the pain and discomfort away from them but I cant. Izzy usually has no problems taken medicine but after the medicine at the hospital she is fighting us on taking her meds.

Izabella Turns 3

I cant believe my baby girl turned three today, where does the time go? I wish as a parent you can just slow the time down, but we cant so we have to enjoy the time that we have with our little ones because before we know it they will be teenagers and not want anything to do with us.
For Izabella's birthday this year we went to pump it up and I believe everyone enjoyed it a lot. Part of me thinks the adults enjoyed it more than the kids.

Fathers day weekend

This was the best father's day weekend ever!!! We went up to Frankenmuth with Chad, Jill and Grace to Jellystone campground. We had brought Jacob with us so nathan was happy about that. We just stayed in the park the whole time, except for the one day Jill and I walked over to Bronners christmas store, while the dads were spending time with the kidos. It was the most relaxing weekend that we have had in a very long time and was very nice.
Jacob and Nathan came down with poison ivy/oak but they were good in no matter of time.

My baby girl is growing up!!!

Last weekend, we decided to start putting Izabella in underwear all day, and it was a lot of work in the begining but now she is doing GREAT. She only wears a pull-up at bedtime. I cant believe my babies are growing up so quickly, wish as mommys we can slow the time down just a little.

Little man lost his first tooth

Wow I dont remember my teeth being this tiny, but it must have been. Nathan's first tooth came loose end of last week and we have been trying to get him to play with it and such but he wouldnt. He wouldnt even chew near it, then all of sudden he started to play with it nonstop today and it finally came out, 1 day to early. The toothfairy was planning to go get something special for him tomorrow to put under his pillow but that cant happen now so she will have to do it the next time around.He wrote the toothfairy a letter and put his tooth in a little box under the his pillow. So lets see what she brings him in the morning.

Nathan 1st time on the bus for going to and coming home from school...

Today was Nathan's first day of riding the bus to school and home. After a week and half the bus driver finally got it right and picked him up today to take him to school. Nathan was happy to be able to take the bus because in arizona he did not get the bus...He has made friends and seems to be a little happier and doesnt say as much about going back to arizona but I know he still misses it.

Nathan's 1st snow day

Today was Nathan's first snow day and he is loving it that he doesnt have school because of to much snow. He thinks its cool that he gets to miss school because of this and is able to stay at home and play with his friends. I think he is starting to like it here but I also know that he still wants to be in arizona and I am reminded that almost every day. I hate to see that he is hurt because of this big decision and I hope it passes real soon and he will some day understand why I wanted to come back so badly.

Nathan's first day at his new school

Today was Nathan's first day at his new school in Michigan. He is attending Dekeyser elementary in sterling heights. When he came home and was asked how is day went he said he hates it and does not like me for making him move here and he wants to go back to arizona. He says he doesnt like it because he doesnt have any friends and misses his friends in arizona and he doesnt like that he doesnt have lunch at school like he did in arizona. I hope this passes by quickly and he starts liking school again.
